The main objective of this study is to explore the teachers' satisfaction and their implications on job performance in schools. This based a qualitative phenomenological research design focused perspectives satisfaction. Secondary data analysis used analyzed qualitatively with critical review. In educational sector, teachers are individuals, who deliver an effective contribution imparting knowledge, attitudes, development skills abilities, leading overall growth students welfare community. They professional ethical performance. It vital for be satisfied order perform duties up required standard. Results show that lack resources, dynamic leadership, overcrowded classes, lacks discipline among learners, work overload, low salary, administrative issues, recognition by principals, security, opportunities, parents good done were serious sources dissatisfaction teachers. findings, from include offering specific suggestions, as well way further examining teachers’ motivation learn topic theoretical construct.
